You've done such a great job writing your experiences and feelings.
In my mind your still my sweet little niece singing your made-up songs to me. I hurts me that you're having to go through this. But I'm so glad that Baby Girl has a fantastic mom and dad. You're incredible and I'm so very proud of you.
I love you so much, sweetheart.Sister Laura Barberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13269824823359637274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1112787697926146063.post-71152629214661732482011-02-23T12:21:26.945-08:002011-02-23T12:21:26.945-08:00What a blessing you are and are going to be to oth...What a blessing you are and are going to be to other families that go thru craniosynostosis! It is a whirlwind of emotions, but after Baby Girl has the surgery, you'll take a deep breath, give a sigh of relief and be at peace! Remember, the Lord never gives us more than we can handle, and this, just like everything else, is just a test to see if you will remain faithful to him

Just a little side note: Three Little Birds was the song playing as my baby girl was being delivered via c-section, and yes, EVERY LITTLE THING IS GONNA BE ALRIGHT :).

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we[a] have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, Romans 5:1Lauren Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08226906334966196508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1112787697926146063.post-13280570998754211112011-02-23T12:19:47.319-08:002011-02-23T12:19:47.319-08:00I'm in tears!!! Being a parent is so hard because we are human and we have emotions. Being pregnant right now-- there's never a care free moment- so many possibly "things" can happen. I found myself thinking, if our son is diagnosed with this too, I have someone to turn to! Which gave me such peace. Thank you for opening your life to us all. You are an amazing mom and I feel so blessed to know you! I was cleaning out our storage room yesterday and going through old totes of pictures and came across college pics! Fun to look at-- the care free days, huh! I even found your wedding announcement I had kept! So long ago but seems like only yesterday. Time flies by so fast, this will soon be but a memory and you'll look back and think, "WOW, look what we made it through!"
